Another historic legislative session is in the books. State lawmakers made significant long-term investments in better supporting the physical, social, and emotional needs of students. Also, we saw gains in higher education by establishing the Washington Student Loan program and expanding the Washington College Grant. And we were happy to see progress toward increasing language access in our public schools.
