What Students Got in the 2022 Legislative Session

Another historic legislative session is in the books. State lawmakers made significant long-term investments in better supporting the physical, social, and emotional needs of students. Also, we saw gains in higher education by establishing the Washington Student Loan program and expanding the Washington College Grant. See our summary of the final 2022 Supplemental Budget and take a deeper dive by watching our LEVinar that recaps the 2022 Legislative Session.

You can also see the education bills we watched in our Bill Tracker.
